Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Deoracle X website or engaging our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing our website or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Deoracle X provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: social media management, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, brand design, website development, video production, and digital PR. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary account access, and payment as agreed. Clients must ensure all content they provide does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them. Deoracle X retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property used in service delivery.

Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur fees. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for overdue accounts. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

Deoracle X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, the courts of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
